Reservation and Service Terms

Reservations

All reservations are subject to quotation and approval by Luxry Limo. Upon approval, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer’s provided email address.

Cancellations

  1. Cancellation on the same day as the reservation – Full fee will be charged.
  2. Cancellation made 24 hours before the reservation – No fee.

Flight Changes: Customers must notify Luxry Limo of any flight changes at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled flight. Failure to do so will result in the full fee being charged.

Baggage

Passengers are responsible for collecting all luggage and personal items upon reaching their destination. Any lost baggage at the airport, beyond the grace time, will incur a charge of $1.00 per minute.

Grace Time

For domestic flights, there is a 30-minute grace period. After that, a minimum charge of $1.00 per minute applies. For international flights, the grace period is 60 minutes.

Customer Arrivals

Drivers will wait outside arrivals for curbside pickups, unless a Baggage Claim location is requested. If there is no contact with the driver within 60 minutes after the flight has landed, the driver will be released, and a full fee will be charged.

If a passenger contacts dispatch and requests more pickup time, wait time will be calculated after the grace period, incurring a minimum charge of $1.00 per minute.

Non-Airport Pickups

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for non-airport pickups. After this grace period, a minimum charge of $1.00 per minute will apply.

Cleanup Fee

In the event of spills, vomit, or any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers or pets, a detailing and cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged to the customer.
